Support
A bake, rig or motion that did not work
Include the project or job ID from the studio and what you expected.
Billing and refunds
Charges, receipts, refunds, plan changes
Write from the address on your account; include the purchase date.
Privacy and data
Access, correction, export or deletion requests
Most of this is self-service in Account → Settings.
Abuse and rights
Content that breaks the rules or uses your work
Include a link or description and how to reach you.
Before you write
- Failed jobs are refunded to your balance automatically; the job shows the refund.
- Sign-in emails hold a link and a 6-digit code, both valid for 15 minutes. If the link says it was already used, type the code instead.
- Guides and the API reference answer most how-to questions: guides, docs.
