Refunds and cancellation.

This policy explains when you get credits or money back. It is part of the terms of service and does not reduce any rights you have under consumer law.

Failed and cancelled jobs

Credits are charged when a job is accepted. If the job fails, or you cancel it while it is queued or running, every credit it charged goes back to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.

Credit packs

• You can ask for a full refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if you have not used its credits, meaning your balance has not dropped below the pack’s credits since you bought it.
• After you start spending a pack’s credits, or after 14 days, packs are not refundable. Their credits stay in your account and do not expire.
• Free sign-up credits and credits added by us as a goodwill gesture have no cash value and are never refunded in money.

Subscriptions (Pro and Studio)

• You can cancel at any time from Account → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the plan and its benefits stay active until then.
• We do not give partial refunds for the remainder of a period. Credits already added for a paid period stay in your balance after the plan ends.
• If a renewal was charged by mistake (for example you cancelled and were still charged), tell us and we refund it.

Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA and UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Credits and plan allocations are digital content supplied immediately. By completing a purchase you ask us to supply it straight away, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once you start using the purchased credits (for example by starting a bake, rig or described motion). Until then you can withdraw within 14 days and receive a full refund, as described above.

Account deletion

Deleting your account cancels any subscription immediately and forfeits the remaining balance. If you are entitled to a refund under this policy, ask for it before deleting the account.

How to ask

Email hello@bake3d.ai from the address on your account, with the date of the purchase (or the receipt from Stripe). Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank; it is faster for everyone.
