Terms of service.

These terms govern your use of Bake3D (“the service”), operated by Canberk Demirci (“we”). By creating an account or using the API you agree to them.

1. The service

Bake3D generates 3D meshes from images, rigs them, and produces animation from text descriptions, using our own software and third-party machine-learning providers. Output quality varies with input; we do not guarantee a particular result for any image.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 16 and provide a working email address. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping API keys secret. Tell us at once if a key leaks; we will revoke it.

3. Credits, packs and plans

• Credits are charged when a job is accepted and refunded automatically if the job fails.
• Pack and subscription credits do not expire. Unused subscription credits carry over; each paid billing period adds its new allocation to your remaining balance.
• Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Refunds of unused packs are available within 14 days of purchase if fewer than 10% of the credits have been spent.
• Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to images you upload and must have the right to upload them. You grant us a licence to process them solely to provide the service. We do not use your uploads or outputs to train models.

5. Generated output

Subject to payment, we assign to you whatever rights we hold in the meshes, rigs and animations generated for you. Free accounts may use outputs for personal, non-commercial purposes. Pro and Studio accounts receive a commercial licence for outputs generated while the subscription is active. Output may resemble output generated for other users from similar inputs; we make no exclusivity promise.

6. Acceptable use

Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringes others’ rights, depicts real people without consent for the purpose of impersonation, or is sexual content involving minors. Do not attempt to overload, reverse engineer, or resell the service without agreement. We may suspend accounts that break these rules and will refund unused pack credits where the law requires it.

7. Third-party providers

Generation runs on GPU compute and model-inference subprocessors under contract to us. Your image and derived data are sent to them only for the duration of the job and under data-processing terms that forbid retention beyond processing and any use for training. A current list of subprocessors is available on request at hello@bake3d.ai.

8. Availability and changes

The service is provided as is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it, and models may be replaced by better ones over time. We will give notice of material price changes at least 30 days ahead.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
