Acceptable use.

Bake3D is for making 3D characters, creatures, machines and objects. This policy sets the limits that keep it safe and lawful for everyone. It is part of the terms of service.

Content you must not submit or generate

• Sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises anyone who appears to be a minor. We report it to the authorities.
• Sexually explicit depictions of real people, or of anyone without their consent.
• Images of real people used to impersonate, harass, defame or deceive, or to create a likeness they have not agreed to.
• Material you do not have the right to use: other people’s artwork, photos, models or trademarked characters, unless you hold the rights or your use is lawful.
• Content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism, glorifies real acts of violence, or threatens or targets people for who they are.
• Designs meant to build working weapons, or anything illegal where you or we operate.

Things you must not do

• Create several accounts to collect free credits again, or use disposable addresses or address aliases for that purpose.
• Share, sell or publish your account or API keys, or get around plan limits, rate limits or credit charges.
• Overload, probe, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or try to reach data that is not yours.
• Use outputs made under a personal licence commercially (see section 5 of the terms).
• Resell raw access to the service without a written agreement with us.

How we enforce it

Automated checks and people review some inputs and outputs to keep the service safe. When something breaks this policy we may refuse or remove it, refuse the related jobs, limit features, or suspend or close the account. Serious or repeated breaches lead to closure. Where the law requires, we refund unused paid credits. If you think we got it wrong, write to us and a person will look again.

To report content made with Bake3D that breaks this policy or infringes your rights, email hello@bake3d.ai with a link or description and why it is a problem. Rights holders: include the work you own and how to reach you.
