# How do I contact support?

## Short answer

Email hello@bake3d.ai, or click Contact support in the studio sidebar. The people who build and run Bake3D read every message and reply by email.

## In more detail

The form in the studio is the quickest way. With it, we can see your plan, your credits and your latest jobs, so you do not have to explain them. You also get a reference number for your message.

What to include:

- **A model, rig or motion that went wrong:** the project name and what you expected to see.
- **Billing or refunds:** the date of the purchase. Write from the email address on your account.
- **Your data:** most requests, like downloading or deleting your data, you can do yourself in Account, then Settings.

Two things you can check first. A failed job gives its credits back on its own, and the job shows the refund. A sign-in email holds a link and a 6-digit code, both good for 15 minutes. If the link says it was already used, type the code instead.

Never send us a password or an API key. We will never ask for one.
