# What is the first-character guarantee?

## Short answer

If you are not happy with the first character you bake after buying your first credit pack, email us within 14 days of buying it and we refund that pack in full. You do not have to give a reason.

## In more detail

Before you pay, the big question is whether yours will come out well. The guarantee lets you find out with your own picture, and get your money back if it does not.

The rules:

- It applies once per account.
- It covers credit packs, not monthly plans.
- Ask within 14 days of buying the pack.
- The refund takes back the credits left from that pack and any first-pack bonus.
- Your character stays in your account for personal use.

To ask, email hello@bake3d.ai from the address on your account, with the date of the purchase or the Stripe receipt. Approved refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days.

This is on top of the normal rule: a step that fails always gives its credits back on its own.
