## Short answer

Yes, once you pay. Anything you make after buying a credit pack, or while you have a Pro or Studio plan, comes with a commercial, royalty-free license. It stays valid after you stop paying.

## In more detail

You can use those characters in games, films, apps, products, client work and ads, and you can sell work that uses them. The full rules are in section 5 of the [terms](https://bake3d.ai/legal/terms).

A few things to know:

- Accounts made before October 4, 2026 got free sign-up credits. Anything made with only those credits, before any purchase, is for personal use. Bake it again after a purchase to get the commercial license.
- You must have the right to use the picture you upload. If it shows a trademarked character or someone else's art, the license does not cover that.
- Other people may get similar results from similar pictures. The license does not promise that your character is one of a kind.

The 4 characters on our [free 3D models](https://bake3d.ai/free-3d-models) page use a different license, CC BY 4.0. Anyone may use them, also to make money, as long as they credit Bake3D.
